“whitebubble” is a dome-shaped sound installation and auditory space.
The symmetric exclusion of the exterior space by its dome-shape and the simultaneous synthesis of an equally symmetrical interior space through fabric, light and an Ambisonics sound system serve to create an intimate and immersive atmosphere of perception.
Once you’ve crawled in, you are no longer outside, but inside – and that’s where you will stay for a while. Until you feel like being outside again. Whitebubble was designed and built by Paul Deme, Mirko Dietrich, Thomas Fornoff and Sven König.
